This was the second time I ordered from here and told her the exact transport to use as I knew someone in that transport. She did otherwise and sent it through a transport that not only delayed the delivery but demanded outrageous amount for waybill. When I came to here early on to let her tell her rider where to locate my preferred transport, she proceeded to insult me, absolutely unprofessional behaviour!!! Order at your sanity's risk!!!
