I bought hair from her on preorder. The hair never came. She later asked us to fill a form for exchange, we did and absolutely nothing happened. The order was never delivered and she didn’t refund. She moved on like nothing happened and started selling again. The money is small now (15,500) but it was a very huge money to me back then. If you search Instagram, you’ll see multiple stories about the brand.
