UrbanHeelsLagos is a SCAM

I ordered for shoes and a clutch from her on the 2nd of October. She promised next day delivery. I reminded her during the earlier hours of the day, she acknowledged, saying the order will soon be out for delivery. Till this day, 13th of October, I have not seen shoes neither have I been refunded. I called her severally, she would ignore, then give an excuse of dispatch rider not been able to reach me after seeing a thousand text messages from me. At the end of the day, I called out her, that she’s a scam. She denied it, claimed the items are no longer with her but she said nothing about me getting what I paid for. The day after I noticed she had blocked me on instagram and her WhatsApp timer that was on, cleared some of our chats (thank God I turned it off just in time.) So ladies, be ware. I wish more people can call her out. I noticed she locked her comment section, that’s a pointer that people are having issues with her. She poses like a legit business, she’s not!
